The Trigano family began in 1935 to manufacture textile products for camping such as tents, awnings, etc ... Ten years later Raymond Trigano and his son created the Trigano company specializing in the distribution of camping and sports accessories. In 1971 they started with the production of caravans but in 1974 they went through a difficult economic situation and the banks took control of the company until it was privatized again in 1987. In 1998 it went public and began its vertiginous growth at a rate of an acquisition by year, including Autostar (motorhome areas in France), Arca (Italy), Auto-Trail (England), Benimar (Spain), VDL (France), EuraMobil and Karmann (Germany), Notin (France), MAR and Rimor (Italy). It currently employs more than 4,000 people in nine countries.
