Malibu was created in 2013 as a Carthago subsidiary to start an alternative line of camper vans and motorhomes. In 1979 Carthago launched the first model with the Malibu name and with the new brand it aims for a modern rebirth of the brand. Malibu operates with its own network of distributors, distributing its models throughout Germany and the rest of Europe.
